Nut Free Crumble Topping

Makes 1 pie


  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2-3 tbsp melted coconut oil


  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the dates, coconut flour and coconut oil in a food processor and blend the mixture until it is slightly sticky.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble over apples for an Apple Crumble or blueberries for a Blueberry Crumble.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully because the coconut flour can burn easily.
  5. Store at room temperature for up to a week, if it lasts that long.
